Combs is currently in federal custody awaiting trial in the Southern District of New York on charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation for the purpose of prostitution. The singer has pleaded not guilty to all charges. Yesterday, when the new lawsuits were filed, Combs was already facing several civil complaints accusing him of various crimes related to sexual misconduct and other illegal activities.
According to one of these complaints revealed by CNN, Combs allegedly attacked a 16-year-old boy during a “white party” in the Hamptons in 1998.
