Jivota Startević, a member of the Serbian parliament who observed the parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan, said that they were present at several polling stations on voting day and that the elections were conducted according to democratic standards.
According to “Report”, he said that nothing was found that would hinder the electoral process:
“The process was peaceful. There were no illegalities at the stations we observed. Thanks to the professionalism of the Central Electoral Commission, everything was at a high level. I was able to carry out the controls I wanted. This is another manifestation of democratic conditions.”
The observer said that the station’s staff worked professionally: “This shows that they received the necessary training.”
