The president of the Generalitat, Carlos Mazonannounced this Thursday that the Valencian Government plans to approve next Tuesday a first victim assistance order by DANA in the province of Valencia, with 250 million euros.
Mazón clarified that this would be complementary aid to that offered by other administrations, such as the Spanish government, and that it would mean, for example, a minimum of 6,000 euros per person concerned in “direct” aid. , express, without bureaucracy” to repair houses or buy furniture.
Furthermore, the President announced that the European Union has already been asked to activate the solidarity fund and that in addition, special aid from the European complementary aid to this fund will be requested.
