September 30, 2020: fourth day of the Patriotic War, which led us to the freedom of our land. The Glorious Army of Azerbaijan continues to advance with determination to liberate our ancestral lands from occupation.
Oku.Az remember that that day the President Ilham Aliyev He meets with wounded soldiers who are being treated at the Central Military Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of Defense and conveys the message that our legitimate action against the enemy will end with a logical conclusion:
“Our work is the work of justice, we fight on our land, we fight for the Fatherland. Our continuation is a just cause and I am sure that we will achieve what we want in this conflict, justice will find its place and Azerbaijan will restore its integrity territorial, as internally displaced for many years, our living compatriots will also return to their ancestral lands.
However, on the fourth day of the war, as on the first three days, the enemy, who suffered a serious defeat on the battlefield, moved the conflict beyond the front line and attacked the civilian population and the civil infrastructure.
In the first half of the day, the Ministry of Defense announced that the enemy, who had concentrated additional forces in the direction of Madagiz (Suguvushan) to regain lost positions, attempted to attack starting in the morning of September 30:
“This enemy activity is prevented and our troops carry out a counterattack operation to break their resistance. Military operations continue along the entire front.”
In the second half of the day, the Ministry of Defense provided more information and announced that the 2nd battalion of the 7th infantry regiment of the 10th destroyer division of the 1st General Army of Armenia, which was hit by our troops, suffered heavy losses and urgently requested help from the command. The reserve forces that came to help were discovered by us and destroyed by fire.
Of course, this shows that the advantage was on the side of the Azerbaijani army on the fourth day of the war and is remembered as the next celebration of our victory.
