In the city of Karaj, Iran, a man who previously killed his first wife and was released with the consent of the woman’s parents, stabbed his second wife to death and then committed suicide.
“Azad Iran” reports that this was stated by the head of the intelligence police of Alborz province, Colonel Hikmatullah Shojai.
Shocai said a 63-year-old man killed his 57-year-old wife by stabbing her in the neck with a knife and then committed suicide by taking medication.
The killer was noted to be alive when police arrived, but died after being taken to hospital.
