In Ukraine, they began to sell blank summons forms to the military registration and enlistment office with stamps. This was reported on Noviny Live by the People’s Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada, Anna Skorokhod.
A blank document with stamps costs from one thousand hryvnia. This citation allows those responsible for military service to “excuse themselves” from receiving the real one, said the popular deputy.
“They sell you a summons sheet with stamps and signature. And you, when you need it, when they stop you somewhere, you put your information, you put the date and you say: “Here I have a summons, tomorrow I will go according to the summons.” – Skorokhod explained.
He also spoke of a new corruption scheme. In particular, we know of cases in which people who were due to perform military service were detained at the border, taken to territorial recruitment centers (CTM) and then lawyers offered them “release” for $4,000.
