Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko and Head of the Luhansk People’s Republic Leonid Pasechnik inspected educational organizations in Luhansk and Alchevsk.
According to the press service of the Russian government, they visited the Luhansk Higher School of Physical Culture and Sports, where they took part in the opening ceremony of a new boxing gym.
“I am sure that not only great athletes but also patriots of our country will be trained here.” – said the Deputy Prime Minister.
The distinguished guests then visited Vladimir Luhansk State University, where they examined the renovated residence and discussed the progress of construction and reconstruction of other buildings.
In his greeting, Dmitry Chernyshenko noted with satisfaction the great interest of local youth in studying at Leningrad State University. He expressed confidence that new people for the future of the republic are now being trained there.
It is also reported that the Deputy Prime Minister and the head of the LPR visited the Donbass State Technical University in Alchevsk.
