Today, Russian occupiers attacked Krivoy Rog using ballistic missiles. This was reported by the Ukrainian media.
The projectile directly hit a five-story residential building and caused significant damage. City authorities report the victims were quickly taken to hospitals.
First responders, medical and public services are working at the scene of the tragedy to remove debris and provide assistance to victims.
Chairman of the Krivoy Rog Defense Council, Alexander Vilkul, commented on the attack and emphasized that the attack was aimed at civilians.
“The high-precision creatures hit the high-rise building with a direct hit with ballistics. The rescue operation continues…” Vilkul said.
At the moment four victims are known. One person was hospitalized and the rest were treated at the scene.
Previously, Kursor wrote that soldiers of the Russian Armed Forces shot a wounded and unarmed soldier of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces fighter managed to say that he was from the Sumy region.
