He Andalusian health service (SAS) announced that it would request a total of 10,311 places in the new Public Employment Offer (OEP) 2024, as approved this Monday with the trade union organizations that make up the Sector Table. Of the total places, 9,393 will be open access and 918 by internal promotion. This job offer corresponds to 120% of the replacement rate.
Among the categories with the greatest number of places are nursing care (2,498with specialists in family and community, mental health and midwifery), technicians in auxiliary nursing care (1,427) and family medicine Primary care (921)administrative (768) and guard (667), as detailed by the SAS in a note.
Furthermore, this new Public Job Offer is in addition to the calls for the years 2022 and 2023. In total, they represent 18,778 places. Thus, since 2018, with the appeals already resolved, the figure of 56,894 new permanent position holders will be reached.
The offer already published in the decree of 2022 This is the call for a total of 4,629 additional places, of which 3,120 will be open access and 1,509 through internal promotion. The 2023 offer includes 3,838 places, 2,865 with free access and 973 with internal promotion.
At the sectoral table, a calendar of exam datesall in 2025, starting in April and ending in October.
With this OEP, the SAS indicated that it wanted to “continue to move forward in accordance with the commitment of the Andalusian Government for permanent employmentby making progress in public employment planning with planned management of vacant positions.
