Casa Marcial (Arriondas, Asturias) is the only restaurant to have obtained three stars from the Michelin Guide this Tuesday in its 2025 edition of Spanish gastronomy, and A Levante (Chiclana de la Frontera, Cádiz), Lú Cocina y Alma (Jerez, Cádiz) and Retiro Da Costiña (Santa Comba, A Coruña), the new two stars.
Until now, the list of three Michelin star restaurants in Spain consisted of 15 establishments, having added Enjoy and Noor last year. From now on, Casa Marcial is also included in this select group of the most recognized chefs in the country. Abac, Akelarre, Aponiente, Arzak, Atrio, Azurmendi, Cocina Hermanos Torres, Cenador de Amós, Enjoy, Quique Dacosta, DiverXO, El Celler de Can Roca, Martín Berasategui, Lasarte and Noor are the establishments that make up this list.
This was announced this afternoon during the gala organized by the Michelin Guide Spain 2025 at the Víctor Villegas Auditorium and Congress Center in Murcia, where 32 restaurants were awarded a star, and during which it was also confirmed that the 15 three Michelin star restaurants that existed until this edition will continue to maintain this distinction.
