The head of the Russian government, Mikhail Mishustin, confirmed the composition of the Russian delegation that will participate in the COP29 climate conference in Baku.
Oku.Az informs that this is stated in the order published on the government’s official legal information portal.
Thus, Ruslan Edelgeriyev, special representative of the Russian president for climate issues, was appointed head of the delegation.
The deputy head of the delegation was Igor Shumakov, head of the Federal Service for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring.
It should be recalled that earlier Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that Prime Minister Mishustin will lead the Russian delegation to the COP29 climate conference in Baku.
