The Generalitat Valenciana will allow the Feria Valencia, the congress space located on the outskirts of the city, to carry out autopsies of the fatal victims of the aftermath of DANA, as elDiario.es learned.
This Wednesday, the first bodies were transported to the Institute of Legal Medicine (IML) of the City of Justice of Valencia. A space has also been set up at the Valencia Police Headquarters to receive the bodies.
However, the IML has a capacity of 80 corpses. Given the increase in the number of victims (158 deaths, according to the latest official count), the Generalitat Valenciana was forced to also free up places at the Feria Valencia.
