Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas will attend the celebration of the 80th anniversary of Victory in 2025. This was announced by the Palestinian ambassador in Moscow, Abdelhafiz Nofal.
He confirmed that the Palestinian President had received an invitation to visit Russia on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Victory.
“Mahmoud Abbas expressed hope to come to Russia.” – said the ambassador.
About the invitation to the anniversary celebrations of the Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahuwho visited Moscow on the eve of the Victory celebration, nothing is still known.
As reported EADaily former Prime Minister of Slovakia Roberto Fico expressed his intention to visit Moscow in May together with the president of Serbia Alejandro Vucic. The Slovak Prime Minister stressed that together with Vucic they share the same opinion on the need to respect the States that contributed to the liberation of their countries from fascism during the Second World War.
