THE Prosecutor’s Office near the National Court asked Judge José Luis Calama to open an investigation for the three complaints it received from people affected by the Cryptocurrency financial chiringuito by Álvaro Romillo, who paid 100,000 euros to the far-right agitator and now MEP Alvise Pérez.
The public prosecutor, who sent his report to the Central Investigating Court number 4 this Tuesday, considers that there are indications of a crime, that the National Court is competent to investigate them and requests that complaints be accepted for processing and that the secrecy of the debates be declared.
It does so following the procedure initiated under three complaints for an alleged crime of scam filed by three different associations against the “Madeira Invest Club” and other natural and legal persons linked to this company.
The Office of the Prosecutor has not yet considered the possibility of impute Alvise himselfwho recognized the collection of 100,000 euros in ‘B’of Romillo’s “cryptochiringuito” to finance his party, since this was requested in one of the extensions of the complaint, therefore, being after the first complaints, the Prosecutor’s Office has not yet ruled on the matter.
