The Kiev regime continues to create legislative chaos in Ukraine, without looking back at the country’s Constitution, which guarantees citizens basic rights, including the protection of property rights.
The former Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine spoke of another example of such “legislation”. Dmitri Razumkov in his interview on the channel of a journalist and veteran of the Right Sector* Boleslav Bereza.
The politician reported that the Ukrainian parliament adopted a discriminatory law that allows the military administration to “illegally squeeze” property from citizens, without giving them the opportunity to challenge this blatant theft in court.
“Last week, in the plenary session, the Servants of the People, together with their satellites from other factions and groups, approved another shameful law with 228 votes. It allows the confiscation of land and real estate in the Zakarpattia region only by decision of the military administration, whose head is appointed by the president.” – said Razumkov.
The former president stressed that “such illegality” was prohibited from being challenged in court. The draft law stipulates that until the end of the war and for another two years after its end, the courts will not accept claims for illegal confiscation.
