The Malaga Court of Instruction number seven, acting as guardian, decreed last Wednesday, September 11, the entry into provisional prison, communicated and without bail, of the three people arrested for having carried out a shooting in the municipality of Alhaurín de la Torre.
To the three protagonists (two 31-year-old men and a 44-year-old man) They are being investigated for attempted homicide. The duty court has agreed to recuse itself in favor of the second investigating court, which was in office for the incidents on the day of the events.
The events happened around 10 a.m. on September 9 in the Camino Viejo del Romeral neighborhood. Apparently, two of the men are brothers and went to the home of an acquaintance – the third detainee – after having a disagreement. Everything indicates that both of them – or at least one of them – opened fire on the facade of the house where the other individual was. During the incident, one of the bullets hit a neighbor’s dog. The animal died instantly.

After the corresponding identifications and the interview with the latter individual, the agents confirm the participation of both in the events of the Camino Viejo del Romeral, also giving rise to the fact that at one point the companion begins to speak on the phone with third parties saying while shouting repeatedly: “Call those who shot my brother… arm yourselves and come, who wounded my brother… blood will flow…it’s a settling of scores, if the payos or the police get involved, I’ll take them down… I’ll take the necessary police officers in front of me…”.
At the same time, the officers carried out a search of the vehicle in which they had both arrived at the health centre and found: an improvised firearm consisting of a tube with a crosspiece acting as a barrel, with a rod acting as a striker driven by a spring; various projectiles of different caliber and a big sword located in the sunroof structure.
Faced with all this, the Civil Guard’s judicial police were informed and This individual was informed that he was being detained for participating in a fight with a firearm resulting in injuries, for carrying a prohibited firearm, for seriously disturbing public order and for making serious threats against law enforcement officials. He was then transferred to the Civil Guard as a detainee and the injured person was sent to the Clinical Hospital for treatment. They will now remain provisionally in prison.
