Location and time of tree lighting
The tree is located, like last year, in the President Tarradellas Square in front of the Palau Olímpic and will open its lights, for the first time, this Saturday 23 in the afternoon. The day before, the Town Hall will open the city lights. Badalona wants to shine for its Christmas spirit and for this reason it will install a decoration with more than a million LED lights in more than a hundred streets, where it will also place some 140 decorative elements. Among the new features, the first of 16 figures stands out, some walkable, as well as the lighting of the seafront or Via Augusta.
He public lighting will be published on Friday the 22nd at 6:00 p.m.: from 5:30 p.m., in the Plaza de la Vila, where another important Christmas tree for the city is located, a party will take place. The same day the Christmas gastronomic fair will open on the Rambla del Gorg. Badalona also celebrates these dates with the launch of successful activities such as the Santa Claus House, the Royal Camp or the long-awaited arrival of the Three Kings at the Municipal Stadium and their subsequent parade.
Public transport to visit the tree
