The Ses Salines City Hall, led by Mayor Juan Rodríguez (PP), will have a new tourist information officewhich will be located in the heart of the city, more precisely in the emblematic district Can Barbara Tower. It will be operational in the next seasonfrom May 1 to October 30.
The Town Hall and the Consell de Mallorca have carried out the improvement and accessibility works of the said office, the total cost of which amounts to 18,747.11 euros thanks to the call to carry out promotional actions in terms of tourist information for the year 2024 from the island institution governed by the popular Llorenç Galmés.
The works stand out for improving the accessibility of offices, where architectural barriers have also been eliminated. Some improvements which are added to a previous grant where the lighting of each of the spaces of the Town Hall has already been carried out, as well as the supply of furniture.
Currently, the Ses Salines Tourist Office is located in the old church of Ses Salines and it is planned that next season, from May 1 to October 30, it will already be located in the new headquarters.
