Traffic is interrupted on the R15 between Reus and Riba-roja d’Ebre, on the R16 between Tarragona and Tortosa and on the R17 between Tarragona and Salou-Port Aventura.

The average value of accumulated precipitation from October 1 to 29 in Spain is estimated at 134 liters per square meter (l/m2), or 89 percent more than the normal value corresponding to this period, i.e. 71 l/m2. As indicated in the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet), the accumulated quantities are higher than their normal values throughout the peninsula, except in the coast of Catalonia.
