In Azerbaijan there are hundreds of thousands of private houses. One of the reasons for the problem is that these houses are built on land with other denominations, not in residential areas.
As a result, this factor becomes a problem when documenting the homes built in these areas.
Let us remember that the President Ilham Aliyev With the decree signed on September 28, he approved the “Rules for the allocation of land to categories and their transfer from one category to another.”

Real estate expert Elnur Farzaliyev said that with the new change it will soon be possible to issue extracts for this type of property.
“Although there are various orders and decrees regarding the houses in question, the main reason why the process was not carried out for many years was the lack of a decision on the change of designation of the land,” the expert added.
